I'm a 30 something year old, married, with 6 four-legged dependents. My life revolves around Greyhounds, great horses, the great outdoors and, more importantly, my great wife.
I voted today, and even though it took an hour and 40 minutes or so, it wasn't too bad. I ran into a pal of mine, shot the breeze with some neighbors, and texted anyone I thought wouldn't be irritated.
I voted this morning and it only took me an hour. I guess I'm old fashioned, but there's something satisfying to me about casting my vote on election day. Also, I got to visit with some of my neighbors.
We're not the social butterflies of the neighborhood. Plus, I'm not sure half of my neighborhood is eligbile to vote. The other half is available for lease and/or rent. =-)

Hooray for early voting :) Hubby and I voted early last Thursday. In Forsyth County, it was a breeze--in and out in 15 mins!

I waited until today to vote as well and I waited an hour and 10 mins. I brought a book. And some kid grabbed me thinking I was his mommy, uh no son.
